Days 252-254: SICK, SICK, SICK!

on Sunday i started feeling a crusty throat. monday a lil more noticeable.... and by tuesday, ugh! i ended up going to the dr after work and the dr said i probably have a virus of some sort and put me on a z-pack of antibiotics, clairitin & sudafed. each day i have gon to work even though i feel like poo.... but that is what we as americans do because we have to- work when we are sick, so we in turn get other co-workers sick, and so on and so forth. sure i could have taken a sick day.... i have time, but i would have gotten a guilt trip and it is just not worth the agnony of hearing about how they were so slammed the day i called in sick and how it was such an inconvieneince (aka-selfish of me).

anyway.... i have gon from the day 1 sounding like a dude and feeling like poo,  day 2 nose is super sensitive and sneezing all day and still sounding like a dude/frog, day 3 sounding more like myself with a dry tickly throat coughing all day. i cant win.

every nite i go straight home. have cancelled all my meetings, all my going out.... even missed a friends karaoke b-day bash and pj night at the spotlights ladies nite. have not worked out since monday and not going out this weekend either. i am going to be in bed/at home all weekend doing costuming and making bracelets & purses.

have not been that hungry either being that i cannot taste anything. and of course the things that sound good to me i cannot eat :(

hopefully next weeke will be better. 2 weeks till my next big production!!!
