yesterday was a hard day for me food wise. back to reduction, not maintaining, which means i am cutting my portionsback to what they were before the holidays and being more accountable for what i put in my body. I wasn't doing that much different the last couple months. i would say that the only difference is that every once in a while i would eat a lil more or have a cookie... aka enjoying bites of the holidays. i stayed with in the same 5-10 lbs for these last 2 months which is very good for me considering my efforts in the past have failed. i would say it was super successful :)
Even though i ate more than i had planned, it was all food that i am suppose to eat. i mentioned my hunger to my trainer, Angela, and she said that it was fine as long as the foods i was eating where on my list. it is just my metabolism getting geared back up.... yay!
so back to the grind. my schedule has changed at work from 8:30-5 to 7-3:30. that hour and a half makes a big difference. i now feel like i have more time to get things done. I do cardio @ 6 am M/W/F, Training with Angela T/F @ 4pm and Cardio @ 4 pm M/W/.... gym is closed on Thursdays and opens later in the morning on Tuesdays.
