I had my training session with Angela this morning and in one of the exercises she had me do was to jog from one spot and back 5 times with weights. i did it not thinking anything of it. after i was done she said... you just jogged with the weight you lost so far. of course i started to cry. the weights were heavy, 25 lbs each. i never really thought about my weight in terms of objects i can carry. crazy!!!
we also talked, while i was working out, about how my body is going to change. my losses wight wise are going to be small, i probably will not get to 150, but more reasonably 170 with the muscle mass i will be build (because muscle weighs more than fat). i am fine with that.
my abdomen/lower belly is going away. my upper belly and back should be next as well as my arms. She said my legs/thighs will be the last to go. My bone/skeletal structure will say the same as it is now, but my inches will go down as my fat disappears. drinking a gallon of water a day to help with that proses.
