- make your own potato chips (see this past friday's "recipe friday")
- Bring fresh fruit like watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, etc.
- Drink water, add a lemon slice
- bring your own food to BBQ- Salmon with Garlic, burgers, steak, ect..... just make sure you are the one putting on the seasonings.
- Be sure to say "No Thank You" to those trying to tempt you or feed you. you shouldn't have to explain or feel guilty for not wanting to mess with your great progress.
- and be sure to tell you BBQ chef what a great job they are doing.... that way they are sure to help you out with your special request. compliments can get you anywhere!!!!
