Day 238- Eh....Another day

Yesterday day went ok.....yesterday night not so good.

Came home after 20 mins of cardio, worn out from the day (another really busy one) and i was hungry. Being that i start work earlier, i get off earlier. it is an hour and a 1/2 difference to what my schedule was before. i get up and leave the house about a 1/2 hr ealier than i did before to go do my morning cardio, then get to work at about 6:30-6:45 ish and start at 7 am, which means i get off work at  3:30pm compared to the 5pm time that i use to get off work at.

what all that means to me is that i have a bit more time to get things done after work before i go to bed at about 9pm. what that also means is that i eat earlier throughout the day.... and by the time that i would usually eat my dinner (6pm) i am starving, and that can be dangerous. i say that because i know myself and like so many when i am very hungry i eat fast. it takes the stomach a lil while to send a response to the brain that you there is food in there and so until that happens the brain keeps saying.... i havent received that message so you are still hungry, eat more.

in my brain it is the devil vs angel fight going on. the devil is saying- if you still feel hungry than you should eat more. on more is not gonna kill you. The angel side is saying- you have had the portion you should have... drink some water and the empty feeling will go away.

this is why getting back on track sucks! after ui have been back on track for a couple weeks my mind will calm and the cravings will go away.
