Here is how to make potato chips with no fat or salt...and they're GOOD. Crunchy and tasty! You will never miss the fat or the salt!!!! One small potato makes a whole bowl full of chips.
- 1 small potato
- cooking spray
- no-salt seasonings * optional
Slice potato thin (I used a mandolin type slicer). Place them in a single layer on a microwave safe plate that has been sprayed with "Pam" or something similar. You can sprinkle potatoes with no salt added garlic pepper or other seasonings like Mrs Dash to taste. Microwave on high for a couple of minutes (2 or 3 minutes depending on how thick you made them and your microwave). Watch them closely! When they just start to turn brown they are done.
