Italian Sauteed Vegetables
- cut up veges (I usually do onion, zucchini, green peppers and mushrooms)
- add Italian dressing
- let them marinate for an hour at the very least
- cook them on a frying pan or in a grill basket on the BBQ ***if you do a grill basket drain the liquid first
- olive oil
- seasoning of choice (recommend oregano, tomato basil, garlic & herb)
- splenda or stevia (optional)
