Day 295: Getting Back to Basics

Now that things are getting back to normal, so is working out..... and boy am i sore. i think i trained a total of 5x the entire month of February and just did cardio 1/2 of what i usually do in a given month. But i am back to being on schedule.

It blows my mind that people who i have not seen for a while think i look great, although they do not see what i see. i too think i look great but not as great as i could be or have been. it is all part of the struggle for me. i will just keep moving forward and someday i will get there.
