Salmon filet
lemon juice
Mrs Dash (i used herb & Garlic)
Foil
non-stick cooking spray
take 2 peices of foil about the same size (bigger than the salmon fillet)
lay one piece of foil on a baking sheet and spray with non stick cooking spray
lay out salmon fillet on the just sprayed foil and sprinkle with seasoning and lemon
cover with second piece of foil and do a butcher roll (rolling long sides of the foil together to seal the packet, then the short side
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 mins depending on the thickness.
