- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 Cut the pitas into 8 pieces. You may stack 2 pitas together and use kitchen scissors to quicken the process.
- 3 Combine olive oil, garlic Mrs Dash, pepper, and basil in a bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
- 4 Using a kitchen brush, lightly brush each small triangle of pita with the olive oil mix.
- 5 Spray baking sheet with a non-stick spay.
- 6 Arrange your chips on the sheet. Do not arrange more than 1 double layer.
- 7 Place the sheet in the oven. Your chips should bake for about 7 minutes. Start keeping an eye on them after 5 minutes, as they can easily burn.
