i feel like i am slacking.... not only in my eating this week, but my exercise. the show is over, i started my period for the 4th time in 5 weeks and i need a lil break. don't get me wrong..... i am not off of my plan, just adding bites of things i probably shouldn't be eating, which make me feel a lil normal and super guilty at the same time.
for example- i had a couple bites of cake tonight. yes i feel guilty, but at the same time i don't. i think it is because i am highly emotional already right now and feeling bloaty doesn't help matters
