On the food plan that i am on i do not have dairy, which has changed how i make pizza.... so here is how i do it-
1 slice whole wheat bread
tomato slices
protien of some sort.... i like to use chicken
veges (onion, mushroom, green pepper, etc)
toast bread & heat up tomatos in the microwave for a minute or so
place tomatos on toast, add seasoning and mush them with a fork
add veges of choice and top with protein
bake for 5-10 mins in a toster oven or oven
