Day 152- The Start of Low Carb Shock

Starting today i am cutting back on my carbs per Angela's (my trainer) request. we are trying to shock my body because my weight loss has plateaued. The womenly hormonal stuff that has been going on for just about as long has not helped either..... but it is worth a shot.

so in my terms for the plan i am working, Angela wants me to cut mu carb intake in 1/2. so when i would usually eat a 1/2 c of rice, red potato or a slice of whole wheat bread.... i now have 1/4 c or 1/2 a slice. i am not to change my fruit or protein. working on drinking more water too. back to the gallon challenge.

doing so far ok. i have been craving a lot today because i ate over the weekend is what i don't normally eat.
