today was my monthy weigh & measure. awesome results... especially since i didnt think i did very good at my cardio this month.
weight down 6 lbs
body fat down 2.5% ..... now 25% body fat
inches down 8.5
- 2.5 shoulders
- 1.5 waist
- 2.5 butt
-.5 in each calf
-.5 in each bicep
sorry....... forgot to get pics, since my training session was moved to tuesday morning from monday evening.
