Day 19- Recipe Friday!!!

Today's Recipe is one that my ex's mother taught me. It is quick, easy, yummy and low in cals!

Italian Sauteed Vegetables
  • cut up veges (I usually do onion, zucchini, green peppers and mushrooms)
  • add Italian dressing
  • let them marinate for an hour at the very least
  • cook them on a frying pan or in a grill basket on the BBQ
    ***if you do a grill basket drain the liquid first
      Low salt/sugar version-
  •   olive oil
  •   seasoning of choice (recommend oregano, tomato basil, garlic & herb)
  •   splenda or stevia (optional)
Great hot or cold!
